Unity - Extension Number no sync after import (LDAP)

Does anyone know a way to sync the Extension Number (Not Corporate Number field) with LDAP?

The number gets populated from AD on the initial import but after that changes in AD only change the Corporate Number field rather than than the Extension Number field.
