Unity Connection - Options to transfer

How would you set-up a subscriber to give a caller the ability to transfer to the operator? I am using Unity Connection 8.x?

in the subscriber web gui select caller input, pick a digit, say 0, and configure it to go to the operator extension. Then all the use has to do is record in his greeting to press 0 if they want to go to the operator.
