I have a law firm that wants the following; 9508 phones with R8.1 with all trunks on ISDN PRI. On extension 100 with three call appearances they want the OCLID to show the main number of the office. Then on a separate button on the same 9508 they want to dial out and have their own DID number show. The service provider says that they will capture whatever the IPO sends and they will be good to go. I have not figured out a way to program a separate button on a phone and create this OCLID scenario. If anyone has done this please respond with the programming process. We cutover the system this coming Friday the 17th of August 2012.
