Uniphi Connect 1.3 - No Ringtone after upgrading to Win 7

Hello,I have an agent who recently update to Win7 and reinstalled the UniphiConnect 1.3.0.11 client, and the Ringtone no longer works. We´ve checked the Ringtone-Settings and the Souncard-Settings but there is no ringtone. Anyone has any ideas how to fix?

There are several patchs to make UC work with Win 7, you'll need to contact Aspect support
