Uninstalling Netshield error 1

Looks like i'm the only one who's got this one so far.
I have netshield V4.5 installed on Win2k server. All of the sudden i couldn't enable the On Access Scanner from the system tray. After rebooting and checking the event viewer and coming up with nothing, i decided to reinstall. HOwever, i'm forced to uninstall the product first. Fine, except i then get:
Error 1921.Service McShield (McShield) could not be stopped.
Verify that you have sufficient priveleges to stop system services.
Can't go on from there.
Any ideas?

As the error said, you have to have at LEAST Local Admin rights on the server to do this.

Of course i'm logged in as Administrator....Doesn't seem to help.
