uninstall SP4 1

Does anyone know how to uninstall SP4? It does not show up in Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. It may have been installed without saving old files. I'd prefer not to re-install the OS if I don't have to.

If you didn't archive your old files, you're completely stuck.

Check for a hidden folder called $NtServicePackUninstall$ or something like that. If you don't have it, there's no uninstalling it. If it's not in your add/remove programs list, it's probably not archived.

Thank you. There was a SP4 uninstall in that directory, even tho it was not listed in Add/Remove programs.
