Uninstall Exchange Server from w2k Server

After deleting all mailboxes for each user, I am unable to UNINSTALL EXCHANGE SERVER 2000 from W2K server for this reason:

"this server is the recipient update server for this domain" etc. "select a different update server for this domain" etc.

I think once that is done, it will uninstall.

Right?

try running domainprep from another server. you may get the option to change the recipient update server.
