Unified Messaging and Hosted Email

I'm confused.They are using unified messaging now with an exchange server. They want to move to hosted email, but still want to get fax and voicemails in outlook.

I believe using Message Forwarding would be best for that.
It also uses a UM license as well.....soon as you uninstall UM from their PC you can use the Message Forwarding once you enable it in COS and the Mailbox.
You will need the SMTP settings of the hosted service.
Somebody can correct me on this.
