You can't, unless you go in under development but they may have been changed.

Siemens/Unify - Hipath 3000, Openscape Office and Openscape Business.

really no any way? i access to hw directly may be reset button or anything??...config no matter i do again now access to system is important....

Development username and password is 18140815 but if that's been changed your not getting into it unless you default it
