Unhandled exception

While using Business Objects 5.X on a Win2k machine, I get a EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION error while trying to create a new report. Anything in particular I should look for?

You need an default printer installed in your desktop.

Provided you have a central repository set up holding universes, delete the local copy of the file from your computer and restart BO.

This will force BO to download a new copy from the repository.
