Unexpected error; quitting

I get this error when I try to open ASP scripts. I have deleted views files and Visual Studio folders as it was recommanded by Microsoft Knowledge Base. I also downloaded the service pack to fix the problem. But the error still remains.

Have any bright ideas what I could try next?
