UNEXPECTED CONDITION TABLE BUFFER

I am getting the following error: Paradox 4.5 on Millenium
When you open the database and press the insert key the error is: Unexpected Condition: Table Buffer (L11) for the .DB -- Leaving Paradox Does anyone know how to resolve this problem.

Pretty sure someone else asked this... I think it has something to do with optimistic record locking (i.e. don't do it). Look at a few more message headers, you might see it.

This is 4.5 DOS?

I have had this error a long time ago. Can't remember exactly, but it may have something to do with the FILES= and BUFFERS= in the config.sys.

Paradox requires FILES=40 as a minimum (max value = 254, I think), but I usually have both set to 40.

Alertatively, it could just be that the table is damaged and you can use TUtility to fix it (that has appeared here before).
