undoing switchboard restrictions

I have created a switchboard that automatically opens upon start up of the database. It immediately eliminates all toolbars with the exception of the one i created. Is there a way I can get those back. I can't see anything anymore and I need to do more editing.

Hi!

When you open the database hold down the shift key. That should bypass your startup routine.
