Undelivered Emails

I encounterd a problem with my Exchange 2000 Server yesterday. Apparently it was an SMTP issue that caused the server to be down the entire day. I was able to save some emails that had not been delivered yet into a new folder that I created. Now that I have the system up and running, I do not know how to send the undelivered emails that I saved to the proper recipients.

I'm pretty sure it's a simple process, but I inherited this system and I do not have a lot of experience with Exchange.

Just copy mails to pickup dir
Programfiles/exchange/mailroot/pickup
