UNC - Problems?

I have an Access97 program that has to access a file on a different computer. In the code, I used this \\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\folder\info\file.txt as the path. This works on a Win98 pc with no problems, but not on the Win95 pc. Is there issues with UNC and Win95? The Win95 pc has a Novell client installed, but not sure what version. Could this be the problem?

I don't know about the client version or the fact that it's win 95 affecting it, but I always seem to have problems with UNC in netware. I've attempted to access files using UNC or network neighborhood with netware running, and alot of times can't access certain files. I have yet to figure out why. The way I never have problems is through mapped drives. Try mapping a drive to access your file and see if that makes a difference. I hope this helps somewhat, if any.
