unbound text box used in query that is between

How do I use and unbound textboxes where the query is going to be between two numbers like betweeen 1000 and 2000 do I need more than one text box
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
in the criteria cell for the column in the query put:

between forms!formnamehere!textbox1namehere and forms!formnamehere!textbox2namehere

using your own form and control names.
