Howdy folks,

I have a form with a subform. This subform is in tabular format. I am trying to set up unbound combo boxes to display day, month and year for each record. When I view the form, the data from the first record is shown correctly in the combos however, the contents of the combos in subsequent records are simply a duplicate of the first record. All other fields (bound) show the correct information, just the unbound combos are wrong.

Has anyone got any ideas what i'm doing wrong ??

Thanks in anticipation

You're doing nothing 'wrong'.
It's just not possible to do what you are trying to do.
On a continuous form, any unbound control will have the same value for all visible records.
You need to find a different approach to your requirement.
<aybe use bound controls or somehow generate the data you want to display in a query.

Ok thanks a lot for your help Lupins46

I'll have a re-think

Cheers
