Hello,
I am having a small problem with one of my servers. On boot up, I get the following message: Unable to Load Device Driver : \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\SNTNLUSB.SYS device driver could not be loaded. Error Status was 0xc0000034. In Event Viewer I get the following logged: The Sntnlusb service failed to start due to the following error:
The specified driver is invalid. This is a newly built machine. I did not have this error while it was in the workshop. I noticed after I rebooted the server after changing its name. The only thing done to the server prior to the name change was the installation of a piece of software called FlexLM, which I did not install myself.
What can I do to rectify this and what exactly is the sntnlusb service? Thanks in advance.
