When an Incoming call is not answered, the line remains engaged and the phone rings continuously even after the caller has dropped the call.
When i change the "busy disconnect" field on page 3 of the trunk form to "yes", an incoming call to the auto attendant disconnects on getting to the auto attendant but if i change the incoming destination of the trunk to an extension. The busy disconnect works.
The PBX is an S8500 server with G650 gateway.
