Unalbe to Mount Specified Medium

My backups have not been working lately.
Last night I got this error:

"Unalbe to mount specified medium.
Physical Volume Library User aborted the operation"

Anyone have a clue as to what this error means and how to get my backups going again?

I am running MS Small Business Server 4.5 with Exchange 5.5 on NT4.0 sp5

The backups have been working until recently.
