Unable tp load free/busy data

Hi,

Multiple users on our estate are receiving an intermittent error "Unable to load free/busy data" when trying to access/edit another Mailbox Calender items.

It's been suggested starting Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch, but this really isn't the fix we are looking for as most of the Mailboxes that are shared are not opened as a primary, so opening the mailbox to resolve the issue is an added task.

Any ideas would be great

Hi

KB Article Q286783 has a solution to this problem, obtain
FBFIX.zip from Microsoft Product Support Services and
apply it.

I've downloaded the fbfix.zip already and used it successfully here.

BTW contacting product support services for this fix, as it is a resolve for your issue there won't be a charge from microsoft.

They will give you and ftp account/password and an address to download it from, alternatively they also offer http downloads.
