Unable to Voice Call

Hello,

We recently had a reshuffle in our office and the phones were reprogrammed but I notice that I can no longer voice call one of our employees (it rings through instead and my T716E tell me 'No Voice Call')

Am I able to program this employee's phone to receive voice calls? He is using a M7208
