Unable to view delegated calendar In outlook2k

One of our people gave access to her calendar folder to another user, and for some reason he can't see it. I had her give myself access as well, and I get the error too:
the file is unable to be displayed because the folder cannot be found.

Any thoughts?

are you using exchange server?

if so, try the following:

set the properties on the Outlook Today folder give permissions to everyone for folder visible. you should be able to expand the mailbox if you open it along with yours
