Unable to verify transforms error

I am trying to install Office 2K to a users machine, and I keep getting the "Unable to verify transforms error, verify transform path..." error message. I got this on an windows 2k computer and a fresh install of XP. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks, that worked, there was only one MST file, an AOL.mst. I will be visiting your website, thanks for the help. I looked for that article but did not use the right search terms or something.

Actually, I ended up searching in "All Microsoft Products" I think; and verify tranform or something...
