Unable to use 'Save As' in MS Office apps

Messages I get when trying to do a 'Save As' in MS WORD:
'The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings'

Do I need to re-install?

In Word, go to Tools > Macro > Security

It is currently set to HIGH, select MEDIUM, then File > Close the application.

This will set the change and you should be able to SAVE AS after this is completed.
