unable to start TSM device driver Reason: the system cannot find t

Hi
I have a Windows 2000 (SP3) Server with TSM 5.2.1.3 and an 3580 L1 generation LTO tape drive.
Everytime i try to start TSM device driver (manually or autoamatically) i get the following message ''unable to start TSM device driver'' Reason: the system cannot find the device specified."
Below are some drivers versions
TSMSCSI.exe: 5.2.1.65 11/04/03
adsmscsi.sys: 5.2.0.618 11/04/03

Windows option ''enable windows and optical device support '' is enabled.
Windows LTO tape driver version is 5.0.8.0. and this tape working under windows device manager.
The La tape est bien détectée par Windows.
TSM is unable to communicate with the tape drive.
