unable to send to specific users or domains

the server was sending ok to this email address this happened on two pc's different addresses or domain i get a return receipt on this email the error message is cannot find receipient on local address list any help would be appreciated i already had the other check if anything was blocking our domain or the address was change everything seems ok thanks
