Unable to send emails to a specific person

When sending emails from the U.K. to an AT&T account here in the U.S.,:

I have tried to email someone several times but keep getting my emails returned with the following message:

"The original message was received at Mon, 9 Feb 2004 15:08:21 GMT
from [213.78.173.107]

----- The following addresses had permanent delivery errors -----"
 
Maybe because AT&T is now Comcast, so the email address is no longer valid? I believe the forwarding from old to new address has expired.

I just tested it from another email address, and it says the message was delivered successfully. The problem seems to lie somewhere between the U.K. email address and the AT&T address. The AT&T address is receiving all other emails from all other senders. And the U.K. email address is able to send to anyone else with no problems.
