Unable to see all mailboxes

Hi,

I am new to veritas backup exec and I am evaluating 9.1 evaluation copy.

I have installed the exhcnage 2000 on a test machine with media server & exchange agent and I am able to view all exchange components but I am facing small problem which I can't see all mailboxes I have check the doc http:\\support.veritas.com\docs\232086 & https:\\support.veritas.com\docs\232086 249456 and i have followed exactly what they recoammand but still I ma not able to view all mailboxes I can see only 2 mailboxes who they have configured to be used with backup exec,

also I tried to create new mailboxes with same previlage but it didn't work'

If I right click on Micrsoft exhcnage mailboxes and select connect as then it list the mailboxes.

any idea how to make list all mailboxes?

Thanks I have resolved this problem by configuring email client and send test message...
