Hi All,
We are having a weird problem with NBU 4.5 FP5 on a Windows 2000 Server client. Backups & restores are working fine but Windows shares are having write problems.
This is a corporate FileServer and users are getting "disk is full" erros when trying to save MSOffice files to their home shares.
When we remove the client save operations turn to work again. It seems that NBU getting in conflict with other software on the machine. We are suspecting StorageCentral that is used to manage Quotas and monitor disk usage, etc.
Needles to say we saw nothing weird on any log files and YES, we do have enougth space on all drives.
We are running an old version 4.2.1 of QUINN Storage Central. Quinn was bought by Precise who in turn was bought by Veritas!
Does anyone have StorageCentral working on a NetBackup envinronment?? Or have had any problem saving files on network shares??
Regards,
Luiz
