Unable to Save error message in Frontpage 2002 and GPO!

I am putting this post in the server 2003 forum b/c the issue I am having is in my Group Policy. The problem is when students log in and are using Frontpage 2002 they get an error message that says "unable to save." They can save in any other Office program?! Here is a copy of the policy I am using for the students.
