Unable to Save Changes on System Form R9.0.9.0.995

I have a IPO is need to change the LAN 2 IP address due to a carrier change on their SIP router and the system will not let me save the changes.

After making the changes the 'OK' never grays out to indicate the changes were saved to the config. I can make change on the other forms, just not any tabs on the System form.

I have checked Security settings and all looks normal. I have rebooted. I tried loading an offline config and making the changes there to push back in.

The site software is 9.0.9.0.995.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you are not logged into the system with Administrative rights. Sounds like you have a Manger or Business Partner rights password that does not give you access to change system fields.
 
I am logged in as Administrator. I have checked security settings and the Administrator service user is assigned to Administrator, System Status and Business Partner groups. All these groups look like they still have default settings.

I ran a repair on the admin suite, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled Manager, no change. I was able to make the changes by copying the config to my laptop, making the changes and loading the offline config. This site was hacked several month ago, so I'm wondering if someone messed with the registry when they did?

Do any of you know if this is something that could be set in the registry? If so, where?

Sounds more like if the hacker removed some administrative rights from you admin user. Check security settings if possible. If not reset security.

Try other Manager versions.
I got similar problem with old versions ( < 9.0 ) and Manager 10.0
 
Yes try another version manager either the same version as the ipo or. Higher

Used to have the same problem like that before
