Our clients have a master calendar set up and when they schedule events and then invite attendees they want to be able to view if the person is free nor not but they are unable to. When you try to invite somone all you get is /////////// where the times are and it says unable to retrieve data from server. When I go to look at the server I open the system manager and then I right click on public folders and choose view system folders there is a folder for SCHEDULE + FREE BUSY but there is nothing under that folder. What do I need to do to correct this? There is only one exchange server in the domain.

jbud,

Thanks for the post.

After digging around a little I found kb article Q284200 and that solved my problem. Now users are able to schedule events and see if another user is busy or not.

Thanks again.
