I have a user who has a public folder in her favorites. Now this public folder does not exist any more and nor does the server that the folder used to sit on.
So the user wants to simply remove it from the list of favorite public folders she has in outlook (2003). Easier said then done. I have tried right clicking and selecting delete that does not work nor do pressing the delete button.
Some times when I am trying to delete it I get an error message saying that I do not have the permissions to delete this public folder.
Its driving me mad. If someone could please help then this would be great. even a quick registry tweak would suit me. User is running windows xp with outlook 2003 and exchange 2003. Please let me know if you need further information and thank you in advance.
