unable to read data from oas ,you are not authroized user in OAS 4.0

It's likely that someone has set OAS security. There is an OAS Admin group and OAS Client group set in AD, and your logon must be a member of those groups to open OMT. if all else fails, reinstall OAS and wipe the security entries as you reinstall, then any logon can access OMT
