Unable to open DTS with SA account

Hi

I can not open any DTS packages with the SA user account which has full permission in the SQL Server.

Depending on the DTS I open, 2 repeatings errors messages popup:

1. Parameter is incorrect
2. The system cannot find the file specified

Do you have any idea?

Reinstall the latest SQL Server service pack on the PC you are trying to open the package from.
