Unable to load Win2K Pro

When installing Win2K Pro, I receive the following error during setup:
The following value in the .SIF file used by setup is corrupt or missing: Value 0 on the line in section (SourceDiskFiles) with key “SPT.cab.” Setup cannot continue.
I contacted western digital to get info for using a low level format but they said you don’t need for W2K Pro, but obviously it is not overwriting everything on the drive. There currently is no OS on harddrive. Any suggestions out there. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
well, seems like the answer file is corrupt. Can you get a different CD? A+, MCP, CCNA
