Unable to download the offline address book

Hi All:
We upgraded and migrated from Exchange 5.5 to 2000 about 4 months ago, since then we are not able to download the offline address book, wer are using Exchange 2000 Ent sp3, and outlook 2000

given error in the sync log:


15:59:16 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Zoe Jon'
15:59:16 Done
15:59:17 Microsoft Exchange offline address book (in red)
15:59:17 0X8004010F (in red)


I looked at Microsoft support web site: looking at the artcles: (but still doesnt help)

any suggestion? (ie our old Exchange server is still online but with all the Exchange server serivces shut off, it shouldnt have anything to do with this right ?)
