Unable to display folder in outlook 2003

The current situation is:

Windows XP
Office 2003 - pulling email from Exchange 2003

After creating a NEW account/mailbox, I get this message in my outlook. What this be due to permission somewhere? Pleae help. TIA.

Know one has seen this within oulook 2003? MS resolution was to call them and once my peer called....they said let replication sit. However, replication has been going smoothly for the past 4 days.
