I have a customer with IP500 V2 7.0(23), using 9600 series phones with SIP trunks. There are users who are not able to dial out of personal contacts. They are putting a 9 in front of the number, but are getting a wave off when trying to use this to dial out. They can dial out as normal using 9 and the number. Any suggestions as to where to look to resolve the problem?
