Unable to delete Printers.

I have a Bad Spirit on my PC.

I have 2 printers installed, and i have been problems with they. So i deleted both printers, and restart my system, but when the system starts again, the printers are still there.
I try this many times and the result is the same.
I delete the DRV printer files from Windows System and when restart, the system send an error: "Unable to locate EPSON98.DRV".
I reinstall the printer but i have the same problem, when i send a Print, it prints Trash and freeze.
I have an EPSON LX-300.

Any Idea ?

And the same thing happens if you go to DOS on bootup and you print a directory? Ed Fair
