Hi,
I got Windows 2003 with AD (mixed Mode) that was upgraded from Windows NT with 60 CAL's. I try to delete past users from "Administrative tools" > "Licensing" on the primary DC...but those users (CAL) comes back. Now I'm getting out of license message.
Under Windows NT, I had to go thru a process by stopping Licensing service, delete licensing file and recreate CAL's...but that was Win NT...Win2003 suppose to be better than that, plus I don't remember the entire process.
Do I have to go to each DC and delete it there? I shouldn't have to do that...it should be deleted across the network. There's got to be simpler way of deleting past CAL's users.
Thank you in advance
T.k.
