Unable to delete a users profile

All profiles listed will allow me to delete (all but one). I have one user who is having problems with running programs. They are a standard user. I am logged in as the admin.
When I highlight the users account the option to delete is shadded, and will not allow me to delete. I can delete any other account. (other than current logged in user).

I found a fix thought I would pass it to everyone.

I started the machine in safe mode, this prevented any services that might have been running under the profile from starting.
I was then able to delete the profile.
