I have created some new users who are unable to connect to the network printer. I keep getting the following error:
"Could not connect to the printer. You either entered a printer name that was incorrect or the specified printer is no longer connected to the server." The name is correct, I went to search, in-printers, and clicked on the network printer. When I right clicked to connect I got the above error. I stopped DNS and rebooted the server. I can print from the server and previous users are able to print. I can ping the server using the network name so I'm assuming DNS is functioning fine. However, the new users aren't able to print. Can someone help me out, thanks in advance for any assistance rendered?
