hello,

I have a user who came from a remote site, I joined his laptop (running XP) to the Windows domain here and that is when it all starting going bad....

The problem is that as long as he is connected to the Windows network here, he can connect to the Citrix servers (at the remote site), everything works fine.

When he dials up and loads his Cisco VPN software, he is unable to connect to the Citrix servers.

I can telnet to port 1494 on the Citrix server address as long as the laptop is directly connected via the LAN,
and couldn't connect through dialup. The error message is:

Cannot connect to the Citrix Metaframe server.

There is no Citrix Metaframe server configured on the specified address.

I installed the latest version of the ICA client, but that didn't fix anything.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appeciated.
