Unable to check mail using OWA

One of our customers is unable to check her emails using OWA. After she enters her user name and password, she gets prompted again for the password. but if she clicks cancel then the F5 key she gets in. I tried logging in myself using the same computer and I was able to get in. any ideas. thanks!!
 
We had the same problem internally when people were accessing the Exchange server using the WINS address instead of the DNS address. For example:

People going to would just get the login box over and over. When they started using it fixed it up.

I gave you example URL's, not actual URL's.

Can you tell me if the problem you are having is with internal people, meaning people in the same office as the Exchange server?

Actually some users could not log in when they are trying to connect to the Front End Server. Thanks.
