There is a user who when she cc's people in Outlook, only the first individual in the cc: field receives the email. Bothe Exchange and the spam firewall show the email as being delivered but it is not. I can't find anything online referencing this issue and I can't troubleshoot the problem the way I'd like since this user is in China. Has anyone run across this problem before? TIA
