Unable to call Grand Cayman Islands

I have one site that is unable to call the Grand Cayman Islands..

Is this just a COR issue or is their something else that could be causing this problem?

What is the area code that you are trying to call? It may be blocked in the ARS Analysis tables.

Are you able to dial out using a trunk access code

From the command prompt type 'list ars route-chosen 13452223333'. That should show you the partition or route pattern that you would use for these calls. The 1345 entry should not be marked 'deny'.

After you confirm that it is routed to the correct trunk group, put a trace up on your station and dial the number. Confirm that you are sending the LEC the correct digits.
