Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS

Hi all,

I am having problems sending email though iis 5.0 smtp server. Most of the emails are just sitting in the queue whilst the event log in filling up quickly with this error.

Event_id: 4000
Message delivery to the remote domain 'glidelondon.com' failed. The error message is 'Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS. '.

This is our internal server that we use to send email campaigns to the users of our sites and as a dev server. It is the PDA and is not on a public facing IP.

As you may have guessed this is not my area so feel free to talk to like I am a child
