Unable to Attach error BE 8.6

Alright

Having a strange problem acking up a Windows 2003 server / exchange 2003 server using backup exec 8.6

I have added the logs directory, infostore and system state to the daily backup, but i get the following error:

Unable to attach to \\ELIOT\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group.
The item was not found.

It backs up the logs directory correctly. I have the remote agent installed - and i have also tried backing up the infostore and system state seperately - niether work.... any ideas?

Exchange 2003/WIndows 2003 is totally unsupported in Backup Exec 8.6. When you create a new job and browe to the server are the Exchange agent Icons present anymore.

Try enabling restrict anonymous support.
